Torchlight Procession in partnership with Visit Scotland

  • edinburgh 175 Royal Mile Scotland, EH1 1PD United Kingdom (map)

PyroCeltica and Harbingers Drum Crew will be BACK to lead the Torchlight Procession in partnership with VisitScotland!

The Procession will end with fireworks from Calton Hill and music from The Torches and Clanadonia, following thousands of torchbearers coming together to form the symbol of two people reaching out a hand in friendship.

“Join us as we blaze through the city accompanied by pipers, more drummers, fire and fanfare and forge a river of light through the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town. A spectacular and unforgettable family friendly event culminating in the historic Holyrood Park.

On reaching the park, you will come together with your fellow torchbearers to form an image of two people shaking hands, which will be captured from the air and broadcast around the world!

You must have a ticket to take part in the Torchlight Procession in partnership with VisitScotland.

50p from every ticket bought goes to OneCity Trust, fighting inequality and exclusion in the City of Edinburgh.”
